What is your cancellation policy?
A service fee will be charged for late cancellations or no-show appointments. Late cancellations or no shows are defined as 24 hours prior to your appointment, resulting in a 50% non-refundable charge.
What happens if I am late?
Your treatment may get cut shorter than usual in order to fully respect the time of the next client.
Do I need to make an appointment or can i walk in?
We book by appointment only, this is to ensure we make the best use of your time.
How far in advance should I book?
For single appointment services we recommend booking one week in advance, although sometimes we are able to accommodate on the day of depending on availability.
Can I bring my child?
We love happy babies! As long as they are quiet, enjoying a nap or just plain hanging out and having fun. We recommend leaving your children at home for you to be able to relax and enjoy your services. However you are welcome to bring your child along if you would like.
Should I bring anything with me?
Pedicure- Please bring open toed flip flops to your appointment.
Spa Pedicure- Please refrain from shaving your legs before your appointment as it may irritate the salt scrub in your appointment
